Blog Update: I'm outstanding! Low five!

I love that my friends and I have managed to turn a funny moment into a kind of inside joke. Friday as I was leaving the Rangers game on opening day this very drunk man came up to me like he knew me, walking basically on top of me, rubbing up against me. (No Monica, we were not rolling around on the ground together. I save that for guys I know better. 😜) He asked how I was and I said I was good. He asked why I wasn't outstanding and asked for a Low Five. I said I was fabulous, amazing, wonderful, happy & excited the Rangers won. He replied that I should be outstanding and gave me another low five. At this point I was worried I would never get rid of him so I told him I was outstanding and gave him a low five. Luckily he saw his wife and figured it would be smart to toddle off to her & leave me to my friends. Whoop! (He also whooped a lot). Now we tell each other we are outstanding & whoop and low five each other.

I love that I was able to see the debut game of Yu Darvish. I was stuck in traffic and in a really bad mood and by the time I got to Rangers Ballpark & got to my seat we were down 4-0. I know my team well enough that I knew that was nothing and since we had 9 innings I was sure we could score 5. We scored 11!

I am loving that the Rangers are 4-1.

I am loving that this is the 40th anniversary of my favorite team in any sport.

I am loving that the Rangers old logos are making a comeback.

I'm loving that this team is outstanding! Whoop! Low Five!

I'm loving that Corner Bakery has wifi. (I am not loving that they have Diet Coke, Coke Zero, and Diet Caffeine Free Coke but no Diet Cherry Coke or Diet Dr. Pepper. Come on!)

I'm loving that I have a mini ALCS trophy because the Rangers know I am a true champion in the fan department. (I'm loving you have one too 😉)

I am loving that I made it through 2 1/2 hours at the gym yesterday without a problem. I am really loving that the very pregnant Zumba instructor managed to make me feel not only smallish but cute last night. Big baby bellies look really funny trying to dirty dance. I have another marathon workout tonight! Zumba, Abs & Boxing Boot Camp. Outstanding! Whoop! Low Five!!!

What are you loving?
