Have I heard the call of the WILD? Plus WIL, OHP, and WCW

Linking up with Jamie for What I'm Loving Wednesday and

Michelle for Oh, How Pinteresting

ALASKA!!!!
This is going to be a combo of what I am loving and what I am pinning.  I pinned everything except the last 3 photos which are me...my bunny, and the sky this morning. All amazing!

*I am completely loving planning this trip to Alaska. Everyone I have talked to about taking a solo vacation has said it is absolutely the best thing they have ever done.   Everyone I have spoken with who has been to Alaska has said it is just amazing and I will fall in love with it!  I ordered a travel booklet from the Alaska tourism department today.  I have some things that are finally coming together and bills that should be paid off this month so I can afford this soon.  I am so excited.  This is going to be an amazing summer and I deserve this!

*I am also completely loving my freedom.  I think for the first time in my life, I feel truly free and I appreciate what comes with not being tied down.  I don't have to ask anyone if anything is okay, I just do it.  I don't have to worry about being responsible for anything except the house and dogs and the dogs have a babysitter if I am going out of town and I have lovely neighbors who will watch the house for me.

*I love that I feel like my life is so full right now.  Sometimes you don't realize how good your life is until someone reminds you how lucky you are.  I am lucky.  I get to see a lot of baseball games at a Ballpark I love with a team I love.  I get to go mountain biking whenever I want.  I can hike at lunch and bike after work.  I have amazing friends who share the love of baseball and biking with me and I have met some truly incredible women who share the love of blogging with me in the last few months.

*I love being in a good place mentally and physically and being excited about life. Everything isn't perfect, don't get me wrong.  I have several challenges, mostly related to work but my work life as a whole is positive.

*I almost forgot....after 6 months....I finished a book and hold on to your seats...I started another one.  I have to really be in the mood to read but when I am, I can read a book a day.

My happiness is set and I just loved all of these happy pins!

I love this photos from Pinterest.  Just amazing!

This reminds me of being a kid during the summer!

Playing around with Twitter friends..Coffee is serious!

This little bunny tried to blend in with the leaves in my front yard...but he didn't fool me!

The sky this morning was amazing!!!

And of course I am linking up with all the lovely ladies for Wildcard Wednesday!!!!!!

The wildcard is my horoscope.  First I must say I don't put a lot of stock in this stuff...any really, but when I saw my horoscope today I just thought it was perfect.  I am a Leo and here is what it says: "Your opinions are not set in stone, and today shows you and your people just how fexible your thinking can be.  It should come actoss as a big win, so make sure you're ready for the praise that is coming!  Today you will have a good time doing just about anything-Washing dishes, taking a walk, sitting in a meeting. You're in a phase of life where your expecations are low.  You've got positve energy that comes out as a joke or a compliment early on so don't let that go  to waste."

Happy Hump Day my lovelies!   See the sunshine through the rain!

I'm the same about my horoscope -- I don't put too much stock in it, but sometimes it really hits home.

  4. CUTE Bunny! Oh and I actually have a friend who went to Alaska by herself and loved it. I'd love to get up there someday and see some real snow dogs and do an actual mushing. Can't wait to hear more about the trip!
