I am jumping on the word for 2015 bandwagon because I never really want to feel left out!
This one is easy for me. What I need in my life more right now is consistency. I need a set pattern of behavior and the ability to follow through. I haven't had this in over a year. So for this year I simply want to be consistent in something. Working out, eating right, sleep. Oh how I would love to sleep consistently!
