The Rangers did a throw back the clock weekend all the way to the 1970's. Most of us don't either remember 1972 or were not here yet. This is the Rangers logo from that time and is my favorite logo.
Friday night was a rain delayed mess. Thankfully I was at home and prepared.
I had my Yu is my Homeboy T-shirt (find them on Yuismyhomeboy.com) and I had cosmos!
That was about all I had but it was enough. It was a bad day from about noon on and it didn't get better except Yu won and CJ didn't!
Saturday was a, well rainy mess all morning! We got to the Ballpark early because we had Cuervo Club passes.
Julie and I looked a little like we had been put up wet. At least she was smart enough to not wear white. Okay, I think we look pretty cute for being drowned puppies.
Here Lyn and I are in the Cuervo Club. Thankfully the Rangers gave away some awesome retro hats which saved me from looking like I WAS put up wet. Although those hats have been the source of a headache for me, I think I finally found a hat I look cute in!
This is all of us at the Cuervo Club. If you get a chance to go there, you should. You have to keep an open tab but the food is the best I have had at the Ballpark and the people were nice.
Plus the view rocks and it is air conditioned and dry!
After the game (we lost but CJ didn't win!) I met up with one of my Twitter peeps. This is Felicia and I outside the Cuervo Club. I love meeting my Tweeps!
Saturday night was nap and movies. No pictures!
Sunday came and it was Mothers Day! That meant Rangers game with Mom. She wasn't in the mood for photos since she had shoulder surgery recently.
Here we are the meanest group of female Ranger fans anywhere. Don't mess with us. We may take an eye out kid. Or Lyn may make you regret wearing a Pujols jersey. (Rachel and I have the same shirt but we wore them on different days. Obviously, she wears it better!)
I found Ranger Pom Pom's!!!! I was very excited. Been looking for these for a month. (I have Mavs Pom Pom's already. This is kind of a joke with a friend.)
The scoreboard was retro fitted to be, well retro so it needs a B&W shot. Love this look. Let's keep it!
MLB does a breast cancer awareness for Mothers Day. They painted the T pink and the Rangers gave out Pink Retro T's. I am not a fan of pink but I love this T.
See, I look good in pink!
Oh, and look what I got today! One of my sweet co-workers saw it and said it screamed Laura needs me. What is funny is, I did. I have shirts, shoes, earrings, handbags, sweats, night cloths, a necklace and hats but until today, no bracelet!
Okay, that is the photos now for the big news. First, I didn't do a fitness blog last week so let me just update you. I lost 2 more pounds which I am super happy about. That brings the total to 72 pounds lost. Second, the jeans I wore Sunday are my favorite. They tend to get smaller as I do....and Sunday was the first time in almost 2 years I wore them. My Facebook status said yesterday that I was going to be hot soon and my goal is to get there by the end of the summer. When I do, look out men and I mean men! Boys don't interest me. ;-)
